A Simpler Way to Get a Website

A Professional Website Without the Large Upfront Invoice

Most businesses don’t want to manage hosting, updates, and maintenance — they want a website that works while they run the business. That’s what the Managed Website is for.

$0 Upfront to Start

No large upfront website invoice. The first $99 CAD monthly payment starts your project — there is no setup fee.

Hosting & Maintenance Included

Hosting, SSL, and routine technical maintenance are all included, plus two small content updates each month.

One Predictable Payment

$99 CAD per month covers the website, the hosting, and the upkeep. One payment. No surprise technical bills.

You Run the Business

Pixorizon manages the website while you focus on your customers. Requests are handled by email — no calls needed.

Prefer to own your website outright? A one-time Custom Website purchase for $2,500 CAD is also available.

Who This Is For

Built for Service Businesses That Rely on Customer Inquiries

Best suited for businesses that need more quote requests, calls, and form submissions from their website — not just a site that looks decent.

The Real Issue

Your Website Looks Fine —
But It Doesn't Convert

Most service businesses have a website. Few have one that actually brings in inquiries. The difference isn't design — it's structure.

Visitors Can't Tell What You Do

Someone lands on your site and within five seconds can't figure out what you offer, who you serve, or what to do next. They leave. You never know they were there.

No Clear Path to Contact You

Your pages exist but don't guide anyone toward action. No obvious next step, no compelling reason to reach out. You get traffic but not inquiries.

Your Site Runs Separately from Your Business

No intake forms that qualify leads. No booking integration. No way for the website to reduce the manual work of following up with every inquiry.

The Build Process Was a Mess

Endless calls, vague timelines, unclear deliverables, and a final product that didn't match what was discussed. A disorganized process produces a disorganized result.

How It Works

A Defined Process. Every Time.

Five structured stages. You always know what's happening, what comes next, and when you'll be live. No calls required at any stage.

Stage 01
Intake

Detailed Questionnaire

You fill out a structured form covering your business, goals, audience, and design preferences. 15–20 minutes of your time delivers better direction than any discovery call.

Stage 02
Planning

Structure Before Design

We map your pages, write your headlines and calls to action, and plan the user journey from landing to inquiry. Every page has a defined purpose before a line of code is written.

Stage 03
Build

Design & Development

Your website is designed and built mobile-first, fast-loading, with SEO structured correctly from day one. You aren't involved at this stage — we build. You don't sit through calls.

Stage 04
Review

Structured Feedback

You receive a full preview link and submit your first structured revision round through a written feedback form. After revisions are applied, you review the updated preview and may submit a second final round — both before launch. No phone calls.

Stage 05
Launch

Full Technical Launch

We handle domain connection, SSL, hosting configuration, launch checks, and submission for search-engine indexing. You receive a live, working website — with a documented record of every decision made along the way.

Every request, decision, and revision is documented in writing. No misremembered conversations. No vague approvals. Just clear communication with a paper trail.
Typical Project Timeline

From Intake to Live Website — Typically 7 to 10 Business Days

Most standard service-business websites follow this schedule once all required information and materials have been received. Timing can vary with project scope and client response times.

Day 1

Booking Confirmed

You receive the detailed intake questionnaire by email within one business day. No calls — a written form that captures everything we need to plan your project correctly.

Day 1–2

Asset Upload

You upload your logo, photos, and brand materials to a secure shared project folder. Everything stays organized in one place — nothing gets lost in email threads.

Day 3–4

Site Planning

We plan your pages, write your headlines and calls to action, and map out the full user flow. Every page is given a clear purpose before a single line of code is written.

Day 5–8

Design & Build

Your website is designed and built — mobile-first, fast-loading, SEO-structured. You are not involved at this stage. We build. You don't sit through calls.

Day 8–9

Your Review

You receive the initial preview link and submit your first structured revision round through a written feedback form — no phone call required.

Day 9–10

Revisions & Launch

Revision requests are typically applied within 1–2 business days, depending on scope. You review the updated preview and may submit a second final structured round. Once that round is completed or approved, we handle the technical launch: domain connection, SSL, hosting configuration, launch checks, and submission for search-engine indexing.

Two structured revision rounds before launch — the site goes live after the second round is completed or approved. All requests handled in writing. Fully documented.
Website Plans

Two Website Plans. Clear CAD Pricing.

Ownership, Explained

Two Ways to Get Your New Website

The biggest difference between the two plans is ownership. Here’s exactly how each one works — nothing hidden.

Managed Website — $99 CAD/Month
  • The first $99 CAD payment starts the project — no setup fee
  • 12-month initial term, then continues month-to-month
  • Cancel after the initial term with 30 days’ written notice
  • Hosting, SSL, and management are included
  • Pixorizon retains ownership of the website design and files, and licenses the website for your use while the subscription is active
  • You own your domain, logo, photos, and the business content you supply
  • Website files are not automatically transferred after cancellation — a separate written buyout or transfer agreement may be offered at Pixorizon’s discretion
Custom Website — $2,500 CAD One-Time
  • A 50% deposit starts the project
  • The remaining 50% is due before launch and file transfer
  • You receive ownership of the completed website files after final payment
  • You maintain your own hosting after launch — you pay third-party domain and hosting expenses directly
  • Ongoing maintenance and content updates are not included
  • No recurring Pixorizon website subscription is required
Frequently Asked Questions

Straight Answers Before You Start

What is included in the $99 monthly website?

Up to 5 personalized pages, hosting, SSL, routine technical maintenance, two small content updates per month, a contact or quote-request form, basic on-page SEO structure, and two structured revision rounds before launch — all for $99 CAD per month with a $0 setup fee.

Is there a contract?

Yes. The Managed Website has a 12-month initial agreement. After the initial 12 months it continues month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. The Custom Website is a one-time project with a 50% deposit and 50% final payment — no ongoing contract.

Who owns the domain?

You do — on both plans. Your domain is registered in your name, and domain registration and renewal fees are paid separately by you.

Who owns the Managed Website?

Pixorizon retains ownership of the Managed Website design and code, and licenses the website for your use while your subscription is active. You always own your domain, logo, photographs, and the original business information and content you supply.

What happens after the first 12 months?

The plan simply continues month-to-month at $99 CAD per month. You can cancel at any point after the initial term with 30 days’ written notice.

What counts as a small monthly update?

Small text or image changes — updating hours, swapping a photo, tweaking wording, adding a short announcement. Two small updates per month are included, limited to approximately 30 minutes of combined work. Major redesigns, new pages, and extensive copywriting are quoted separately.

Do unused monthly updates roll over?

No. Unused monthly updates do not roll over to the next month.

What is different about the $2,500 Custom Website?

Ownership. With the Custom Website, you purchase the site outright: up to 8 fully customized pages, and after final payment the completed website files are transferred to you. There is no recurring Pixorizon payment — you maintain your own hosting after launch.

Are domain-registration costs included?

No. On both plans, domain registration and renewal fees are third-party costs paid by you.

Is ongoing SEO included?

Both plans include a basic on-page SEO structure — appropriate page titles, meta descriptions, and a logical heading structure. Ongoing SEO campaigns are not included in either plan.

Can I move the Managed Website elsewhere after cancelling?

Not automatically. Because Pixorizon owns the Managed Website design and files, they are not transferred following cancellation. A separate written website buyout or transfer agreement may be offered at Pixorizon’s discretion.

Does Pixorizon guarantee inquiries, rankings, or revenue?

No. Every website is built with a conversion-focused structure, but no specific number of inquiries, search rankings, or revenue outcomes can be guaranteed by any web designer — and we won’t pretend otherwise.

Do I need to attend a sales call?

No. The entire process is asynchronous and in writing — from intake to launch. No sales calls, phone calls, or meetings are required at any stage.

How long does the website normally take?

Typical delivery is 7–10 business days after all required information and materials have been received, for most standard service-business websites. Timing can vary with project scope and client response times.

Is hosting included?

On the Managed Website, yes — hosting and SSL are included in the $99 CAD monthly price. On the Custom Website, you maintain your own hosting after launch; Pixorizon configures your hosting account and SSL as part of the project, but ongoing hosting costs are paid by you to your provider.

Can either package include e-commerce or custom functionality?

E-commerce and complex custom functionality are not included in either plan. For the Custom Website, some custom functionality may be possible if separately quoted in writing — but full online stores and complex web applications are outside what Pixorizon offers.

How We Work

Why No Calls — and Why It Works Better

We don't do phone calls, Zoom meetings, or in-person consultations. Not because we're avoiding you — because writing produces better results than talking.

01

You Get Time to Think

On a call, you answer on the spot. With a written form, you answer when you're ready. Our intake questionnaire gives you the space to think through your goals, your audience, and what matters most — and that produces a better website.

02

Nothing Gets Misremembered

Every decision, every revision request, every approval is in writing. There's never a "I thought we agreed to..." moment. If it wasn't written down, it didn't happen — and everything gets written down.

03

No Calendar Juggling

You don't need to find a time that works for both of us. You send your responses when it's convenient. We work on your project during dedicated blocks. The result is less friction and faster progress.

04

We Spend Time Building, Not Talking

Hours spent in meetings are hours not spent on your website. Our process is designed so that 100% of working time goes into the actual deliverable — not pre-meeting prep and post-call summaries.

About Pixorizon

A Focused Studio.
Not a General Agency.

Pixorizon is a focused web studio built around one thing: websites that work as a business tool. Every project follows the same defined process — intake form, site planning, build, review, launch — with no calls required at any stage.

There are two clear ways to work together: a fully managed website for $99 CAD per month with $0 upfront, or a custom website purchased outright for $2,500 CAD. Both are built with the same level of care, and two structured revision rounds before launch are included on every project. All communication is written.

The studio operates at limited capacity to ensure every project gets full attention. If you're looking for a structured, written engagement with clear CAD pricing — that's exactly what Pixorizon is built to deliver.

How Pixorizon Works — and Why

I started Pixorizon because I kept seeing the same pattern: small businesses paying for websites that looked decent but didn't actually do anything. No clear messaging. No path to contact. No thought behind the structure. A nice-looking site that generates zero leads is not a business asset — it's a digital brochure.

So I built a studio around the opposite approach. Every project follows the same defined process. Every website is planned before it's designed. Every page has a purpose. And the entire engagement runs asynchronously — because writing things down produces more clarity than talking them through.

Pixorizon is intentionally structured as a focused studio. I don't take on dozens of projects at once. Every engagement gets the same level of attention whether it's a $99/month managed website or a $2,500 custom build. The work is detailed, the communication is clear, and the timeline is real.

If you want a structured process, transparent pricing, and a website that's built with intention — that's exactly what Pixorizon delivers. Nothing more complicated than that.
