Pixorizon provides website design and development services for service-based businesses, along with two separate services: Google Profile + Review Setup (with an optional Review Follow-Up System) and Missed-Call Text Back. Three website options are publicly offered: the Managed Website ($99 CAD per month), the Flexible Managed Website ($499 CAD one-time launch fee plus $99 CAD per month), and the Custom Website ($2,500 CAD one-time). Custom Website clients may optionally add Pixorizon Website Care ($49 CAD/month) for ongoing hosting and technical maintenance. Website work outside an included allowance or scope is handled as Additional Design & Development at $85 CAD/hour, confirmed in writing before work begins. These terms describe how each plan and service works. Written proposals or signed client agreements control when they differ from the general terms on this page.
The Managed Website is billed at $99 CAD per month, in advance, with a $0 setup fee. It includes up to 5 website pages, hosting and SSL while the subscription remains active, routine technical maintenance, and two structured revision rounds before launch. The plan has a 12-month initial commitment and continues month-to-month after the initial term. After the initial term, it may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Failed or overdue payments may result in suspension of the website until the account is brought current.
Pixorizon retains ownership of the Managed Website design and files, and licenses the website for the client’s use while the subscription is active. Website files are not automatically transferred following cancellation; a separate written website buyout or transfer agreement may be offered at Pixorizon’s discretion. The client always owns their domain and the business materials they supply — including their logo, photographs, and original business content.
The plan includes two small content updates per month, limited to approximately 30 minutes of combined work. Unused monthly updates do not roll over. Major updates, new pages, and extensive copywriting are not small updates — that work is handled as Additional Design & Development, described under Revisions & Scope below.
The Flexible Managed Website requires a $499 CAD one-time launch fee and the first $99 CAD monthly payment before work begins, for an initial amount due of $598 CAD. Future billing is $99 CAD per month in advance. The service is month-to-month from the beginning, with no fixed initial service term, and may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Fees already paid are not automatically prorated or refunded, except where required by applicable law.
The launch fee compensates Pixorizon for upfront design, development, configuration, and onboarding work, and becomes non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by applicable law. Failed or overdue payments may result in suspension of the website until the account is brought current.
Scope is the same as the standard Managed Website: up to 5 website pages, hosting, SSL, routine technical maintenance, two small content updates per month limited to approximately 30 minutes of combined work, and two structured revision rounds before launch. Unused monthly updates do not roll over.
Pixorizon retains ownership of the Flexible Managed Website design and files, and licenses the website for the client’s use while the subscription is active. The Custom Website is a one-time project priced at $2,500 CAD, paid as a 50% deposit to begin and a 50% final payment before launch and file transfer. It includes up to 8 website pages, two structured revision rounds before launch, and domain, SSL, and hosting-account configuration. Ownership of the completed website files transfers to the client after final payment.
Third-party domain expenses are paid by the client. After final payment, the client may either manage hosting independently — with no ongoing Pixorizon website fee — or continue with Pixorizon through the optional Website Care service described below. Subscribing to Website Care does not transfer ownership of the Custom Website back to Pixorizon or otherwise change the client’s ownership of the completed files.
Website Care is an optional service available to Custom Website clients who own their completed website files. It is billed at $49 CAD per month, in advance, with no fixed initial term — it is month-to-month, and the client may cancel before the next billing period. Current billing periods are not automatically prorated or refunded, except where required by applicable law.
Website Care includes managed hosting, SSL, backups, basic security and technical maintenance, and reasonable uptime and operational oversight for the existing Custom Website build. Domain registration and renewal remain separate client-paid costs, as do any third-party premium software, licenses, or integrations not explicitly included in writing.
Website Care does not include the Managed Website plans’ monthly content-update allowance, new pages, new sections, redesigns, custom functionality, integrations, major copy or content changes, or ongoing SEO. Requests of this kind are handled as Additional Design & Development, described below. Website Care does not transfer ownership of the Custom Website back to Pixorizon — the client continues to own the completed website files.
If Website Care is cancelled, hosting and technical maintenance continue through the end of the paid billing period. After Website Care ends, the client is responsible for arranging replacement hosting. Cancelling Website Care does not affect the client’s ownership of their Custom Website files.
All three website options include two structured revision rounds before launch. Additional revisions, and any website work Pixorizon agrees to perform outside an included scope or monthly update allowance — such as new pages, new sections, major layout or design changes, extensive copywriting, custom functionality, or integrations — are handled as Additional Design & Development at $85 CAD/hour. Scope and the expected cost are confirmed in writing before this work begins; for larger, clearly defined projects, Pixorizon may instead provide a separate fixed-price quote. E-commerce, complex custom functionality, advertising management, and ongoing SEO campaigns are outside the scope of all three website options unless separately quoted in writing. Third-party software, domain, and licensing costs are the client’s responsibility unless explicitly included in writing. Hosting is included while an applicable Managed Website, Flexible Managed Website, or Website Care service is active; otherwise hosting costs are the client’s responsibility.
Google Profile + Review Setup is a separate, one-time service priced at $79 CAD. It is not a website package or website add-on. Scope is limited to a Google Business Profile checkup, profile description and business-copy cleanup where appropriate, direct Google review-link setup, a branded review-request page or equivalent asset, ready-to-use SMS and email review-request wording, a QR review card or downloadable QR asset, review-reply templates, and clear written instructions delivered asynchronously by email. No monthly subscription is required to purchase this setup. Work begins after payment or written approval, depending on the final sales process.
The client must provide accurate business information and any account access reasonably required to complete the setup. The client remains responsible for compliance with Google’s policies and applicable laws. Pixorizon does not create, buy, write, or post customer reviews, and does not offer fake reviews, incentivized reviews, or review gating. Pixorizon does not guarantee ratings, review quantity, Google rankings, or profile approval or reinstatement. Third-party platform decisions (including Google’s ranking, indexing, review-removal, verification, suspension, and reinstatement decisions) remain outside Pixorizon’s control. Work outside the defined scope requires a separate quote.
The Review Follow-Up System is an optional service billed at $29 CAD per month, in advance, normally added after the one-time Google Profile + Review Setup. It includes simple automated review-request delivery, one follow-up reminder when appropriate, basic message customization, routine monitoring and maintenance, and light written support, subject to a reasonable-use allowance. It is month-to-month with no long-term commitment and may be cancelled before the next billing period; current billing periods are not automatically prorated.
The Review Follow-Up System does not create or guarantee reviews, ratings, rankings, inquiries, revenue, or any other business result. It is not unlimited-use. Unusually high messaging volume, custom integrations, or custom workflows may require a separate written quote. Service may be affected by third-party platform or messaging availability. The client remains responsible for lawful customer communications and obtaining appropriate consent.
Missed-Call Text Back includes a one-time setup fee of $49 CAD and monthly coverage billed at $59 CAD per month, in advance. Setup covers one compatible business phone number and is subject to confirmation of phone-system compatibility. It includes a customized first-response text message, automatic text response after a missed call, a basic reply flow, lead or reply notifications, configuration, testing, routine technical maintenance, and basic message adjustments when reasonably required, subject to a reasonable-use messaging allowance. It is month-to-month with no long-term contract and may be cancelled before the next billing period.
Phone, carrier, messaging-provider, internet, and other third-party availability can affect operation, and exact message-delivery timing is not guaranteed. Missed-Call Text Back is not unlimited-use, is not an emergency dispatch service, and does not guarantee recovered calls, leads, booked jobs, sales, revenue, or any other business result. Excessive usage or advanced integrations may require a separate written quote. The client remains responsible for lawful communications and obtaining appropriate consent. Failed or overdue payments may result in suspension of the service.
Clients agree to supply accurate information and the materials needed to complete the project, and confirm that they have the rights to any images, logos, and content they provide. Delays in supplying required information or materials may delay delivery. Projects are scheduled on a reasonable basis according to studio capacity.
Pixorizon builds websites with a conversion-focused structure and offers the additional services described above, but does not guarantee search rankings, customer inquiries, reviews, ratings, recovered calls, leads, booked jobs, revenue, or any other specific business result.
Websites may not be used for unlawful purposes or to publish content the client does not have the right to use. Pixorizon’s designs, code, and working files remain protected intellectual property except where ownership is expressly transferred under the Custom Website plan after final payment.
Pixorizon may integrate third-party tools such as hosting, domains, form processing, or analytics platforms. Pixorizon is not responsible for outages or issues caused by external providers.
Pixorizon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
